I need this for the massage.  I like how you can control the pressure and use it in a variety of ways, even on your legs.  I am very happy with it and have been recommending it to friends.  But if I need heat, I can put a heating pad on afterwards. . It is the next best thing to getting an actual massage.

I get horrible tension migraines from my neck and shoulders, and this has helped immensely.  I use it in between my shoulder blades as well.  I love how easy it is to reposition, and how it can be positioned just about anywhere. I love this product. Love love love this out of All the things I have bought for pain relief this product is the best of them.

It has a nice warmth to it.  I really like the way your arms  go into it so you can hold it that way and still use your hands to read a book or play on your tablet It works just like it says it does.  I have tried a few other messagers and they did not work.  So I was hesitant to try this one.  But I took the plunge and boy am I glad I did.  I would highly recommend it!!!!  Buy it you will not be disappointed.  It makes my neck and back feel so good.  I use it twice a day everyday.  It is amazing how well it works.  My theracane works great but this is best to sit and relax and let it do it is thing. I have back shoulder and neck pain.  It works great.  It gives me a deep deep message.

I like that I can maneuver it easily and place it in different areas needing massage. I am a person who does not care about massages, but when I tried this one, I am in love with it.  A must buy for those experiencing back pain.  I just love how relaxing and comforting it is after using this massager.

The heat factor is not an issue with me, . . . I do feel that it is enough heat to be comfortable.   I like the added feature of the travel bag. I am liking this massager.  The price is good and so far, so good.   I would recommend this massager. .  no complaints !.  it is working for my aches and pains and it can easily be distributed,   moved ,  across my neck, shoulders and  back.  Worse in one arm to the point of numbness and loss of use of my hand.

The massager can be placed exactly where you want it.  I used it to relieve my constant shoulder pain.  It helps..

Amazing!! Seriously works the knots out!. Depending on your stage of your shoulder being frozen this product is very helpful.  It gets deeep into your muscle.  Just be careful because it can be very aggressive.

****Update newly delivered massager works as expected.  Leaving rating at 5 stars based on service and properly working device. ****Update: was contacted by seller promptly who offered to replace device.  Updating the review to 5 stars based on service, and will update once new product is received.  If new device works properly based on function and service 5 star review will remain. When this works, it does what is expected.  Unfortunately right out of the box it continually shuts off and works sporadically.   understanding it has an auto shut off, but it will shut off after a few seconds, a minute or sometimes as appropriate -15 minutes  Some days no problems, some days it will not stay on for a but for a few seconds.  As this was a gift, we were not able to return it within the 30 day period the seller required.   bought 30 days prior to opening it  Had a similar product that worked well, but the casing tore after a 5 months. I suffer from crooks in my neck or shoulder pain often.
